Based on a Chardonnay from the Domaine du Château de Pizay this wine is made by an expert of the champagne making proces.



Developed on lath during 9 months before having a riddling and a dosage. It is available brut.

 
  • Colour : very pale, fine bubbles.
  • Nose: the bouquet of Chardonnay.
  • Bouche: a clean attack that underlines the freshness of Chardonnay The bottle fermentation is important and must be served at a low temperature. The finish develops all the well-rounded taste of Chardonnay and melts away with floral hints.
  • To be served: chilled, 10°C.
  • Goes: Goes perfect with raspberry cream. The Kir should be used with less of liqueur to perceive the charm of Chardonnay.
